Pricing Policy 
The default currency of ​www.labecalondon.com​ is GBP. However, you can select and complete your payment in US Dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR), but the prices will be subject to change based on the exchange rates applicable at the date of payment. 

The price of each product on ​www.labecalondon.com​ includes VAT. 

Colours
Although Labeca takes all appropriate measures to ensure the products shown on www.labecalondon.com faithfully represent the original products, certain variations are possible due to your computer's technical characteristics and color resolution. Consequently, Labeca can not guarantee the graphic representation of any monitor’s display will be accurate.

Conditions of Payment
Your order and credit card details are safe and secure with Labeca. All personal and credit card information provided to the website is secured using 3D Secure Technology; an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet. At this stage, we can only accept payments using the methods stated in the payment options section of the site to ensure security of your details.

Payment of the items and relevant shipping costs must be made by following the procedures indicated during checkout. The price indicated in the purchase summary will be charged to your current account at the moment of the purchase.

When you place an order, you should receive an email to confirm receipt of your order. We then carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on the card. Once the payment has been approved and debited from your account, we will officially accept your order.

Labeca is responsible for securely storing and automatically processing order data including credit card information. For payment, you must confirm on www.labecalondon.com that you are the cardholder and that the name indicated on the credit card is yours, providing the credit card number, expiration date, and security code indicated on the card. Upon completing the order, your bank may request confirmation of the data entered and that the credit card used has not been reported lost or stolen. This authorisation is not a debit. If for any reason, the amounts due cannot be debited, the sale won’t be completed.

All orders are subject to availability. If there’s an issue with an order we will get in touch with you.

Very occasionally, we may need to refuse/cancel an order or close/freeze your account - this may even occur after an order confirmation has been sent. This may be because we have noticed something unusual on an order or your account. If we have made a mistake please do contact us at shop@labecalondon.com.

Promotional Codes
Sometimes we will treat our customers to a promotional code e.g. ‘10% off your first order’. Remember, it is up to you to enter the code at checkout in order to redeem the code.

Each code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time of issue e.g. if it is single/multiple use or if it is only applicable to certain items.

If you are given a unique promotional code this means it can only be used by you under your account. Please do not share it with anyone else. If we detect it has been misused then the code will be deactivated and this may impact your future rights to promotional codes, or the suspension/closing of your account.
